"Bought this product for use in the hills as per the required specifications. I contacted Mr. Kamlesh Joshi regarding an issue, and they mentioned that their team is working on developing a new card to address it. The problem is that during voltage fluctuations, their servo is supposed to protect the equipment, but the product does not support it—resulting in all lights fluctuating. Additionally, their complaint handling is very poor. Until you call them, they don’t respond. "Purchase machine from them after the payment there is a fault in transformer and other parts of the machine within 15 days and there is no replacement and repair of the parts even when the machine is within the warranty period , the company customer care and after sale service is very bad pls don’t buy from them , after making numerous request i send them the faulty transformer for repair but they send it back to me without solving the issue , Suman the point of contact from whom i purchase this machine have a very rude and unapologetic behaviour and didn’t raise any complaint about issue and had taken no responsibility . This is a fraud company pls don’t buy from them . They post their fake good reviews ."
